At Prudence Lifecare Pvt. Ltd., our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is established and operated strictly in accordance with international cGMP, WHO-GMP, and ICH Q7 guidelines. Designed as a modern, multipurpose facility for the production of pharmaceutical bulk drugs (APIs) and advanced intermediates, it integrates technology, quality, and safety at every stage of operation.
The plant is supported by a dedicated Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) department, ensuring strict compliance with global regulatory standards. Adequate storage, maintenance, and transportation systems are in place to ensure efficient material flow and product safety. Under close supervision from skilled technical and commercial professionals, our operations remain reliable, flexible, and quality-driven at all times.
The facility encompasses a spacious production area, advanced warehousing, and modern utilities equipped with sophisticated machinery, reactors, and analytical instruments. Our manufacturing site is approved by the Food and Drugs Control Administration (FDCA), Gujarat, India, and conforms to Revised Schedule M and GMP norms.
We are committed to following WHO-GMP and ICH Q7 quality systems, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-purity product output across all our manufacturing stages.
Technical Expertise
Our technical expertise lies in developing and implementing eco-friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable process technologies. We achieve this by optimizing reactions to minimize solvent use, reducing hazardous reagents, improving impurity profiles, and lowering waste generation.
Our experienced R&D and production teams have extensive knowledge in a wide range of organic chemical processes, including conventional and catalyzed reactions, allowing us to efficiently scale from lab to commercial production.

- Manufacturing Campus:
The facility is spread across 34,000 sq. ft. of land with a total built-up area of 70,000 sq. ft., designed to meet international WHO-GMP and cGMP standards for pharmaceutical production.
- Comprehensive Functional Infrastructure:
Dedicated areas include Administration, Quality Control (QC), Microbiology, Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) departments covering 7,833 sq. ft., ensuring efficient compliance and quality governance.
Specialized Production Zones:
Finished API GMP Block: 8,761 sq. ft.
Intermediate Production Block: 12,841 sq. ft.
Product Development (PD) Lab: 576 sq. ft.
Warehouse: 6,911.5 sq. ft.
Utility Area: 7,753 sq. ft.
- Advanced Processing Capacity:
Equipped with 25 reactors having a total reaction capacity of 89 KL, including 55 KL Stainless Steel Reactor (SSR) capacity and 34 KL Glass Lined Reactor (GLR) capacity, enabling flexible multipurpose operations.
- Controlled Clean Room Environment:
The GMP block houses 4 clean room lines with 6 reactors of 3 KL each (total 18 KL capacity), ensuring contamination-free production and adherence to strict regulatory norms.
- Effluent & Environmental Management:
A dedicated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) area of 1,200 sq. ft. with a 335 KL effluent storage tank, supported by a Multi-Effect Evaporator (MEE) system with 105 KL capacity, ensures eco-friendly waste management and full environmental compliance.
